Welcome to ELITE CNC Services, your trusted partner for CNC and industrial equipment repair.
With over 25 years of hands-on experience across a wide range of machines and technologies, I offer expert-level diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance for machine shops, fabricators, and manufacturers across the U.S.
Based in Arkansas but willing to travel, I bring real-world knowledge, expert troubleshooting, and a deep understanding of the core technologies that drive CNC systems — from G-code to microcontrollers.

About
My journey into CNC and industrial equipment repair began early — growing up in my father’s machine shop and fabrication business, which he has owned and operated since the mid-1980s. As an engineer, he instilled in me a respect for precision, discipline, and the importance of understanding how machines work at a fundamental level.
That foundation was later refined when I had the opportunity to be mentored by an engineer who had worked on NASA’s robotics systems. He taught me that nearly every complex machine — no matter how advanced — is built on the same core principles: G-code, control systems, and logic.
Today, with over 25 years of hands-on experience, I apply that deep understanding to every job. I don’t rely on trial and error. I fix what’s broken — quickly and correctly — by understanding how the machine thinks.

FAQs
Do you write or edit G-code?
Yes. I can write G-code from scratch, edit and optimize existing code, or help translate CAD/CAM output for reliable machine operation. I also work directly at the controller level for older or custom equipment.
What types of equipment do you handle?
I specialize in CNC lathes, mills, wire/plunge EDMs, waterjets, fiber lasers, robotic welders, and fabrication equipment like press brakes and shears. I also support chemical sprayer systems and other industrial machinery.
Do you travel outside of Arkansas?
Yes. I’m based in Pocahontas, AR, but I’m fully mobile and willing to travel for service calls — especially when others won’t.
Can you help if I don’t know what’s wrong with the machine?
Absolutely. My specialty is diagnostics. Whether or not you’ve narrowed down the issue, I can evaluate the machine, identify the problem, and walk you through the best path forward.
What if it’s a machine you’ve never worked on before?
That’s where my background really helps. I understand the core technologies behind most machines — like G-code, microcontrollers, and control logic — so even if I’ve never seen your exact model, I can usually figure it out quickly.
Do you just start swapping parts until it works?
No. Whenever possible, I focus on proper diagnostics to pinpoint the root cause before replacing anything. I only recommend quick part swaps when downtime is critical and full testing isn’t feasible.
